We have had quite a number of
enquiries for our services during the present Corona Virus lockdown and wanted
to advise all customers awaiting products being affixed and potential customers
who have requested information and/or a site visit of the following actions we
have initiated.
Potential Customers and
Site visits/surveys
Due to our business being
Nationwide and for the safety of our advisors/staff and following Government
advice, we should not, at present, be conducting site visits nor visiting the homes
of our clients where face to face contact may be involved.
This does not mean that we
have forgotten valued enquiries.
We have made a logged record
of your interests in our products and services and are monitoring the present
situation.
Once we are able to visit we
will contact you via either email or telephone call or both to arrange a
suitable time to meet.

Customers with Orders
already placed
Due to the situation with
travel restrictions and further with most of our major national and
international suppliers being closed due to the present Corona virus, we
unfortunately have had to place orders on hold until restrictions are lifted.
We understand that this must
be most frustrating to our customers, but will be processing these orders as a
matter of urgency once the restrictions are lifted.
Our workmen also have been
advised that they must socially isolate in order to help restrict the spread of
the virus. Fortunately, as far as we are aware, none of our staff have
contracted the virus and we trust that this remains unchanged.
We would like to thank you
all for your patience in this most unprecedented situation and look forward to
being of service in the very near future.
